Dear customer,
Before each shipment, all goods are meticulously checked so that you receive your orders in perfect condition. However, during handling of the packaging, during transport or during unloading, incidents may arise.
We ask that you always pay attention to the following when you receive a delivery of goods:
Before signing the delivery note, check that the number of packages corresponds to the note and that the packaging is not visibly damaged. If you detect any anomalies (damaged packaging, missing packages, etc.), immediately note them on the carrier's note, identifying them. Take photographs of any damage you find and report them immediately to the following email address: operations@asunim.co. In order to effectively identify what happened and follow up immediately, please write in the subject line of the email: Incident during delivery, shipment no. XXXXX . In the text of the email, provide a brief description of what happened, include the serial numbers of the damaged equipment, and attach photographs that allow us to identify the damage you reported.
If it is not possible to view the status of the goods at the moment, write on the carrier's tab “subject to confirmation"
Complain within the period of 5 business days, the damage verified to be eligible for activation of the transport insurance.
We would like to highlight that, without noting the anomalies detected or the reference “subject to confirmation” on the carrier's guide, it will not be possible to activate the transport insurance, nor to make a claim with the carrier.
In order to effectively identify the incident and follow up immediately, please write in the subject line of the email: Incident during delivery, shipment no. XXXXX. In the text of the email, please provide a brief description of the incident, include the serial numbers of the damaged equipment, and attach photographs that allow us to identify the damage you reported.
If it is your customer who is receiving the goods, please inform them of the measures they should take when receiving their orders.
